13 weeks pregnancy : I just started taking new Prenatal Vitamins 2 days ago, could it be that it is a different brand that isn't agreeing with me? Just the last 2 days I have been vomitting. She also said that i have a tilted uterus and that's why we were not able to view the baby through the normal ultrasound. 13 weeks pregnancy : I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant, and when I woke up this morning I felt this dull ache in my left ovary. I am SURE it is my ovary, it kind of feels like when I ovulate. I felt some pain from both my ovaries earlier in pregnancy, but I know that they release the hormones you need, so it was no big deal.
