16 weeks miscarriage : On September 22nd I found out I was pregnant. On October 26th I had my first OB appointment and ultrasound. Everything looked great I could see the baby and it had a very healthy heartbeat. They dated me at about 81/2 weeks. today 11/16 i went to the OB for my 12 checkup, they couldnt find a heartbeat so she did an ultrasound.
