17 week pregnant belly : I typically walk for 45 minutes and I decided to up the intensity a notch and use a stationary bicycyle for 20 minutes. My HR never reached over 140 so I thought I was being safe! Once I stepped off though, I am in severe pain and can barely walk. The pain is below my belly. Is this normal? Should I call my doctor? 17 week pregnant belly : I lost 5 pound during my first trimester just because I'd get full really really fast. I've now gained back 4. My doctor says everything is perfect and baby is doing great.
