(Fri, 09 Nov 2007 23:40:44 GMT)
19 week old ultrasound : I asked about this early, and some people said all 20 week scans were level 2, some say differently. I've also heard that they usually do that right after an ultrasound that shows something suspicious. However, My last ultrasound was around.. 14 weeks..and I'm now 19 weeks. And i had bloodwork done 2 weeks ago..and they never called to say that something was abnormal. And I'm assuming the lady would have said something when she called to reschedule my appointment... But Ive also heard there

- Resolved Question: 21 weeks pregnant and have questions about my Doctors office procedures?
(Wed, 31 Oct 2007 17:52:24 GMT)
19 week old ultrasound : Well this is my 3rd pregnancy...I have a healthy 7 & 5 year old that I went to a different OB for. Well the one I'm going to with this one, everything they do is nothing like what my other one did. When I see the male OB he always has me strip down to nothing, and he does an internal exam..everytime, they never measure my stomach, they never check my urine, I've only heard the heart beat twice since I've been going there. Last month the female OB said I would be getting my order to go and

19 week old ultrasound : So I have my 19 week ultrasound today. SInce I have a a 2 year old, my husband will be outside with her. My husband doesn't want to know the sex so he feels better being outside of the room. My husbands parents have decided that they want to come in, which is fine. I just worry that if they find something wrong, my in-laws will freak. They are nice people but have had two still-births of their own and tend to be a bit nagative anyway. Has anyone invited their in-laws to see, and if so, did y
- Resolved Question: Ultrasound 17 - 19 wks: Baby Gender?
(Thu, 04 Oct 2007 21:55:12 GMT)
19 week old ultrasound : I will be having an ultrasound done when I at least 17 weeks, at most 19 weeks (according to my doctor 19wks) and I was wondering if my doctor will be able to tell me if I am having a boy or a girl. Or maybe it is too soon to tell with an ultrasound... Also, what are some old wives tales about carrying boys and girls?
- Resolved Question: AFP read 1 in 306 for Down Syndrome?? I am 27 years old.?
(Tue, 11 Sep 2007 12:07:39 GMT)
19 week old ultrasound : I go for a special ultrasound on the 26th Sept. I am so scared! I have two children with no disabilities, this is my third and I am 19 weeks pregnant...different father though. I guess I am looking for some solace...someone to tell me that it will be fine? I know I have to wait for my ultrasound to know for sure, but are these results accurate, and what does it really mean? Does my baby already have signs/symptoms of Downs, and that is why the AFP was abnormal??

(Wed, 13 Jun 2007 21:35:47 GMT)
19 week old ultrasound : Have any of you had an ultrasound that said you were having a girl, and it turn out a boy? I had my 19 week ultrasound and the sonographer didn't know for sure, but says it's 70% girl. My nephew has a 6 month old son who, at 5 months pregnant was told was DEFINATELY a girl. When he and his wife loked at my ultrasound, says it looks like their baby's did. (When I had my son, there was no mistaking it was a boy). I have "felt" like it's a boy all along, and was right twice before. Just wondering

She told me I might not be as far a long as we thought, or that I'm going to have a spontaenous abortion. She went ahead and took my blood for another pregnancy test, and I'm waiting for the lab to c

Now I am about 6 months pregnant and when i was about 19 weeks we had an ultrasound and found out that my placenta was really low, infact covering my cervex. Should I be concerned at all?
