23 weeks pregnancy : Hi, I'm 23 weeks and 5 days pregnant and since yesterday afternoon I have been having these reoccuring pains and tightness in my lower ab area (uterus) and my lower back. they come and go and come and go. They'll come and last about 30 seconds (last time i noticed atleast) then they subside and come back again a short time later. it has been bothering me since yesterday.
