I had really bad diarrhea and it was black. Well while I was on the toilet I started to get very light headed to were I thought I might pass out, then I started to sweat really bad. After I came out of the bathroom I laid down and fell asleep. When I woke up at 6pm, Im not light headed or sweating anymore, but I feel very tired still and nauses.
