31 weeks 2 days pregnant : for the past 2 days i have had a terrible pain my stomach where my food goes not my lower stomach,i am 31 weeks pregnant, although im not as big as i was with my 2 children. but its like my stomach has spasms too and i get the spasms and pain together and its a little breath taking i have to breath and i curl up in a ball as its quite painful, i know im not in labour as i mentioned these spasms and pain is in my food stomach not my lower stomach.any help would be greatly receieved! thanks
