Back pain and stomach cramps at 33 weeks pregnant : I'm 33 weeks pregnant.I have been peeing a lot like 3 times in an hour.When the baby moves I get menstrual like cramps as well as some back pains.They are bearable but annoying.My stomach looks like it has gone down.I never did have problems breathing only when I lay down and believe it or not when I lay on my sides I can't breath.I sleep proped up.What are other things that could be signs of him dropping?Also I can't sit up straight I have to lean back.Thanks.

Back pain and stomach cramps at 33 weeks pregnant : I saw the doctor yesterday and he did a check. He said that I have a full cervix. But my pelvis is softening.The cramping is sharp pains in my pelvic area along with a backache in my lower back. The top of my stomach (near where my ribs meet in the center) is also sore.
