Can you dialate at 30 weeks : So I am 30 weeks pregnant and went into preterm labor.. I am now dialated to just 1 and 60% effaced.. Does this mean that I will dialate faster now with contractions? The baby is head down face down.. He's right at my cervix.. Can he still stay in for at least 4 more weeks??
