Cramps at 23 weeks pregnant : Me and my husband started trying to have a baby couple of weeks ago. Last time, I had my period was March 20,2008 and the one before that was on February 23,2008. Today, I am experiencing slight nausea (which goes away and comes back), slight cramping on the lower right side of my stomach. Are those the early symptoms?
