(Mon, 17 Mar 2008 00:53:16 GMT)

Last week I put on almost a pound and the week before I lost half a pound. I am on the bigger side (261) so I watch what I eat and do regular exercise. It won't harm my baby will it? I have put on 22 pounds so far....

- Resolved Question: 29 weeks pregnant, 3lb 8oz baby?
(Sat, 23 Feb 2008 19:55:47 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : 29. weeks and 3lb 8oz baby?!? Ok...so a bit of history before the question. My first was 8 days overdue and he was 9lbs even, 20in long. My second was 2 days overdue (with gestational diabetes) and he was 10lb 8oz, 23 in long. My third was 9-10 days overdue and she was 9lb 3 oz, and 20.5 in long. To clarify, I only had gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy and I also have it (though it is controlled this time) with this pregnancy. Now on to the question... I am 30 weeks pregnant.

- Resolved Question: Turning a breech baby?
(Wed, 07 Nov 2007 20:46:48 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : I'm 34 weeks pregnant and had a scan done today to confirm the position of my baby. Well he's breech, head up bottom down. I was given some exercises to do at home since this is my second child and my first had no problems. I was told if they don't work and he doesn't turn they would perform an external cephalic version. My question is does this really work and is it worth it? Also how safe is this? Did u have any complications? If u don't mind sharing your story for some reinforcement. Thank

- Resolved Question: Is it just pregnancy hormones, or would non-pregnant ppl find this annoying?
(Wed, 29 Aug 2007 04:07:23 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : Last week, my plus-size best friend begged me to accompany her to a gym that she recently joined, said she needed some 'motivation boost'. I've been a regular elsewhere but went along anyway. I also happen to be 34 weeks prego and I carry kind of small, so I guess I look more 'overweight' than 'expectant'. This is also my reason for avoiding high-impact stuff that day. As it turned out, she spent the day pointing at me and telling people, "See, if you call me obese, what would you call that g

- Resolved Question: Exercising while 34 weeks pregnant?
(Thu, 19 Jul 2007 05:58:41 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : My doctor diagnosed me with gestational diabetes and has me on the diet that limits carbs which is fine but he also wants me to exercise. The only problem is that when I get on the treadmill to walk, within a couple of minutes I get braxton hicks contractions and they really don't go away the whole time I am on there. My goal has been to do 1 mile or a half an hour walking (whichever comes first) and most days I can stand the contractions but today, it was so bad I was only on for about 17 m
- Resolved Question: Pregnancy Induced Carpel Tunnel?
(Tue, 03 Jul 2007 12:39:32 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : Help! I am 34 week pregnant and am currently suffering of some funky very painful and numbing arm and wrist pain - this occurs mostly at night or in the middle of the day, I spend most of the day at the computer clicking away - any exercises I could do - letting my hand hang at my side releives it some, but its getting worse each day, along with overall swelling - and more importantly, will this go away after pregnancy?
- Resolved Question: Is stomach cramping the same as braxton hicks contractions?
(Sun, 17 Jun 2007 01:58:29 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : Hi there, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and experienced (today for the first time) cramping without exercising being a factor. And when I woke up this morning, my stomach was very hard. Would the cramping be the same as braxton hicks contractions, or is it just the uterus getting ready for the baby, stretching and all of that good stuff? I see the doctor Monday, just thought I'd get another opinion as I am curious now :)

- Resolved Question: Turning a breach baby around before delivery?
(Wed, 01 Nov 2006 06:44:36 GMT)
Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : I'm 34 (almost) weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound because I felt like the baby was on his side. Turns out I was right. My midwife suggested putting a coldpack on the top of my belly and a warm one on the bottom to encourage him to move his head toward the heat. She also suggested some exercises or positions I can do. I kind of have a visual grasp of what she is suggesting but does anyone know of any websites that show drawings of these positions? I'm a very visual person and I think th

Exercise 34 weeks pregnant : I spent most of my life drunk, trying to get a drink or doing time for stuff that happened when drunk.
