I went in for surgery, and jtold them I have von Willebrands, and they gave me something called ristocetin factor. The hemotologist told me to see him in his office a few days later for some tests. Three days later I went to the hemotlogist, and he took some blood to determine what kind of von Willebrands I have, or if I have it at all. Today I got the tests back. My ristocetin factor level is low. My level is 32, and he said it should be at least. 50. Could my ristocetin level be higher because I was given an infusion 3 days prior?

Pregnancy test : I took Plan B within 72 hours of unprotected sex, I'd really rather not get into the details, but now my period is late, I had a pos. pregnancy test and my doctor had to do an ultrasound for a completely unrelated thing and they found something wrong, they mentioned ectopic, however my test there came back negative, and now it is positive, but my doctor won't see me until Oct. 10. That is so far away. I am having some pain in my right side, and even though the test came back pos., I just don't feel pregnant, I mean I am sick, tired, and I pee more than anyone can imagine, but if I am having regular pregnancy symptoms, could it be ectopic? Pregnancy test : I have read many many different questions on here, and some of them I can relate to and some of them I cannot, but I figured I'd go ahead and see what you all think. I was ovulating from Thursday 8/31-Monday 9/3 and I had unprotected sex that entire weekend. I started having really sore breasts on the 7th and the symptoms got worse from there. I had nausea, sore nipples and breasts, increase in veins on my breasts, vivid dreams the past few days and extreme tiredness and irritability. I just didnt feel "right". My period was due this past Saturday on the 15th and I started bleeding on the 14th at night. It was a normal heaviness for my period but I had absolutley no cramping and the blood was bright red and a bit watery. It continued like normal until it abruptly ended last night and is nowhere to be found. Is there a chance I was/am pregnant? (We are trying so it would be a good thing if I were). Any ideas on what I should do? Took 2 EPT dig. tests on 9/9 & 9/12, both negative. Both my sister and my mother had normal periods for the first 3-5 months of their pregnancy's as well. I'd prefer if I didnt get any of the "you can't get your period if your pregnant" lines because I know you can still bleed (even if it isnt necessarily a period).

Pregnancy test : Okay so the weirdest thing happened to me last night. I bought the pregnancy test pack that comes with three tests. I woke up early and the first test came back erroring one side didn't have any line and the other side had one line so it said to throw the test away because it was a bad test. So I took another test and it came out negative. Well now just last night I decided to take the thrid and final test just to be sure beacuse I still feel really pregnant and was sure it had to have been wrong. So I took this test and the first circle came out with a straight line --- like that and the square came out with a + but very faintly. So that I don't confuse anyone the circle is the side that's supposed to have the + and the square should always have a straight up and down line like this ( I ) So I was confused obviously...so I called the company who made them and they said they would send me a refund so I could purchase another test. Should I consider it a maybe pregnancy positive?

I have no bleeding and no abdominal cramps. Could backache be from a uti? Please help! I am really scared because I had to have a D&C in april 07 because the baby passed away at eight weeks and still didnt pass at 10 weeks. But I didnt have a backache then. I have an appointment but it is not for two weeks.

Pregnancy test : I had a partial molar pregnancy over 1 year ago. my mother in law is convinced that i need a blood test before we try to concieve again. I called my doctor and the doctor said i don't, but my mother in law won't let up and told me if I don't get the blood test to test my hcg i will just lose another baby. They tested my levels last year until they were down to zero and i have had my period every month for the last year. I don't see why I would need a bloodtest. I am at witts end with my mother in law and she just won't leave me alone. Please tell me your experiences!!

Pregnancy test : Okay yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex, we used protection but when it over with we found out that the condom ripped.So I want to know when should I take a pregnancy test to get a definite answer for the situation?

Pregnancy test : i took a pregnancy test and it was posative, but i also had my period. what could this be?

Pregnancy test : I still have no AF!! but negative HPT this morning. I am 11 dpo and cycle day 30 today. I have never been past day 30 or 11 dpo so I would assume if I get no AF today that I am pregnant. Do you think it is just too early to test? When should I call my doctor? My temp is still way above my coverline. I still am having some symptoms like last week and my face looks terrible and feel like I am getting a UTI. My husband also pointed out the last 2 nights I have been drooling, gross I know. He asked if that was a pregnancy symptom because I have never done that before. I read some peoples answers on here and some said they started drooling when pregnant. Would that effect a hpt? What are some things I can take for a UTI if I am pregnant? I think my temps are a little different because I was traveling this weekend. I also took my temp at about 4 am instead of 6 am this morning. So that might make a difference. Also I threw up once last night and I never do that. The last time I did was 4 years ago when I had dental surgery. I think I will wait for a few days to test. Hubby and I are doing a mini makeover this week on the kitchen so that should take my mind off of it for a few days. I drank a few glasses of water and will get some cranberry juice but now the symptoms of UTI are going away. Thanks again.

Pregnancy test : Is it possible to conceive when you have your period? Has anyone had this happen to them before? I'm sure it's 'possible' but what are the odds? Does anyone have any good sites I might be able to read this up on? ... at the moment I'm too cheap to buy a pregnancy test. My period was the 1st of Sept it's now the 17th. Could I even take a test at this point and get a accurate result? Thanks for your time
